1. Do you offer in store pick-ups?

No, all rentals are delivered directly to you on your check-in date and picked up on your check-out date.

2. Do you rent anything else besides sheets and towels?

At this time we do not rent any other items directly. If you need other items, however, please contact our office as we most likely will be able to assist you.

3. How far in advance should I make my reservation?

To ensure adequate inventory, please place your rental order at least 14 days prior to your check-in date. We highly recommend that you place your order at the same time you confirm the reservation for your vacation rental.

4. Is there a delivery/pick-up fee?

Yes, we charge a flat rate of $25. That rate includes delivery and pickup. For orders placed within 72 hours of your check-in or after you arrive will incur a $50 expedited delivery fee.

5. Do I need to wash the sheets/towels before returning them?

No, that is one of the benefits of renting linens. We handle this headache for you. Simply through them in our bag at the end of your stay and we take care of the rest.

6. When will my items be delivered?

We do our best to ensure all items are delivered prior to 3 P.M. However, weather, traffic, and volume may impact our delivery times. We guarantee all orders to be delivered by 8 P.M. on your check-in date.

7. Do I have to be there when my linens are delivered or picked up?

No. You are free to enjoy your vacation and leave the delivery and pickup to us.

8. Where will my items be left when they are delivered?

We do our best to place your items inside the front door. In some instances we may leave them outside the door.

9. When will my items be picked up?

Our drivers begin making pickups at 9 A.M. on your check-out date. Please ensure that all linens are bagged and outside your front door no later than 9 A.M. If linens are not outside when our driver arrives to pick them up you will be charged an additional $25 return pickup fee.

10. Where should I leave my sheets/towels at the end of my stay?

Please place all linens and towels in the provided laundry bag(s) and leave outside the front door no later than 9 A.M. on your check-out date. Please note that if linens are not outside when our driver arrives to pick them up you will be charged an additional $25 return pickup fee.

11. What is your cancellation policy?

All cancellations must be made 7 days prior to check-in date for full refund. You can view our full cancellation policy at https://linens.seaplayhomes.com/pages/cancellation-policy.

12. Do you rent by the day or for less than a week?

No, all rental fees are based on a 1-7 day rental.

13. I need to change my rental order?

You may change your reservation up to 7 days prior to your check-in date by contacting our office directly at (302) 317-1390.

14. What if I need to add items once I arrive?

We are happy to assist you. Please call our office, (302) 317-1390, to speak with one of our representatives. For expedited delivery there is an additional $35 charge.
