Refund policy
We DO NOT provide refunds for any rental items, including for late delivery, cancellation, condition, or cleanliness.
In the event of a storm or other event resulting in a evacuation order (voluntary or mandatory) will issue a refund equivalent to the percentage of days remaining on your original reservation.
